WHAT TYPE CRYSTALS SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Recently I wrote a post about Rainbows in crystals (you will find that here). In it, I talked about a line I once read in a book about Rainbows in crystals being "a gift from the Spirit Keeper of the crystal”. The saying led me down a path and it made the other blog post too long, so I separated it out here so we could delve a little deeper.
WHAT ABOUT THE CONCEPT OF A "SPIRIT KEEPER" IN CRYSTAL?
The "Spirit Keeper" description of rainbows in crystals seemed to imply that there is an individual guardian of the crystal. There is a guardian of sorts - but not in such a direct, literal way which our mind as humans might visualize. To me a Keeper seems to imply a entity other than the one being "kept".
If you've ever had the opportunity to see Rainbows in a crystal, it is a beautiful thing!
You might have exclaimed "Wow! Rainbows in crystals!" and wondered "what are they and how do I work with them!?"
