We Got Us a Goddess

(Tune: If I Had a Hammer)

We got us a Goddess

she got us in the morning

she got us in the evening

all over this land

She got us in trouble

she got us pregnant

she got us in love with all

our brothers and our sisters

all over this land

Poet, scholar and storyteller Steven Posch was raised in the hardwood forests of western Pennsylvania by white-tailed deer. (That's the story, anyway.) He emigrated to Paganistan in 1979 and by sheer dint of personality has become one of Lake Country's foremost men-in-black. He is current keeper of the Minnesota Ooser.
