Energy is Life.
Lack of energy means lack of connection to life. Here's how you can change that. Being alive is something we can actually sense in our cells: we can sense this basic hum of activity, of 'breathing', of connecting the inside world to the outside. It's a physical experience that, like the beating of the heart, we can become aware of when we direct our attention towards it. Do it now. Like all things, it grows as you give it attention.
For today, allow part of your awareness to be with this state of aliveness. As you start 'hearing' the life energy, it grows. Receive. Express. Through expressing it we share, and through sharing the circle stays whole and new energy can come. It's easier than you think, and find a meditation that takes you there. Welcome energy.
