Into your Full Potential

You are more than you think. Feel your feet on the earth, feel earth as a living being, and allow the strength that comes from that.

There is this strength in you that is natural, aligned, and beautiful. It is filled with your life energy. Every moment comes from the whole of who are, in connection with the bigger whole. It is true to everything there is. It starts, with becoming true to the connection that is right here, right now: your connection to Earth. Life energy is generated in connection with earth. This is what makes plants grow. Allow this felt connection with earth, and allow your movements to come from this place.  Like the plant being strong because of the life saps running through her, so you become strong with this life energy. Allow it to fill you all the way. This is you, in your full potential. Live it, honor it, celebrate it. Share it today.

Into Wholeness

Gaia is calling you to come here now. She was the one who called you into this life, into this journey on Earth. Being whole means being in the fullness of this relationship. Acknowledging the depth of her call, and the power of your yes. Are you still aware of your first partner, or are you flirting with all the other guests? Like in any relationship, you are asked to live this yes day to day, minute to minute. To be in the space where your yes was born. Become aware of your feet on the earth. In that touch it’s all happening. Take a moment. Take 7 Minutes. Open up to the bliss that follows.

Too often we start after a while taking our partner for granted. Tantra teaches us to go back to who really opens your heart, again and again. Break in that divine love. Break open. Become whole.

Share the Freedom

Today we celebrate in Netherlands 70 years of freedom, On this day 70 years ago the World war II ended in Netherlands. How do you celebrate your freedom today?

I will be celebrating by taking full access to everything there is- whatever that is. Especially my connection with Gaia. There is that much more beauty, more light, more energy available! For me freedom is taking access to all of that.

It starts with my connection to Mother Earth. Allowing it to bloom to it’s full potential. The life energy will surge. Allow my ego to surrender, allow the ecstacy of deep unconditional connection. Will you join me?

Happy Earth Day 2015! Gaia's Mantle

Starlight and brilliance of
Sun's solar flare
White and golden red
Woven tapestry of
Jet black Cosmos.

Green and brown
Of fertile land
Blue of sun kissed
Watery basin.

Rainbow of color
Spread across
Pattern of cloth
Textured and etched
In crystal and stone.

Blackness of heated striation
Of rock's core as gentle bud
Pushes upward towards sun's
Radiant blessing as Gaia sheds
Her parched skin and dons Spring's
Celestial mantle of lusty fertility.

This post is excerpted from my online course, A year and a Day on the Wiccan Path. It was part of the lesson focusing on The Natural World and seemed most fitting in celebration of Earth Day 2015. Enjoy!

A Birthday Party for Mother Earth

Our planet needs all the love it can get. Treat her well and she will return the favor. I propose not just doing this, but throwing her a party as well. Round up a group of your closest pals not afraid to use the term "climate change," and volunteer to clean up a park or river in your neighborhood. Bring along the following to store in cars until you are finished with your day project: a loaf of fresh-baked bread, a large bottle of distilled water (plus extra for all of you), a pretty collected stone, a sage stick with matches or a lighter, a birthday cake (also preferably homemade with organic ingredients), a cutting utensil, recycled napkins, and 15 birthday candles. Have everyone attending bring one of the items listed so this is a united group effort.

Most parks should have a grill facility that you could use to set the smudge stick, if not, bring a small plate or dish to let it rest on and ensure that it goes out safely. When you and your amigos have staked out a picnic bench and brought out all of your packed supplies, light the sage stick and smudge each member of your gathering, clearing them of any residual negative energy. Cast a sacred circle around the group in the tradition that you use. Pass around the bread and have everyone break off a small piece. Leave pieces on different areas of the ground within your circle as an offering to earth's fellow creatures. Then pass around the designated water bottle and have each person sprinkle a little on the ground to nourish the grass and soil.
