If you’ve been having trouble sleeping lately, this bath bomb will have you in a deep slumber.
Gather together:
1 cup baking soda
1 cup Epson salts
12 drops clary sage essential oil
12 drops lavender essential oil
8 drops jasmine oil
Mixing bowl and wooden spoon
Sealable jar or canister
Combine Epsom salts and baking soda in the bowl with the wooden spoon and the add in the essential oils and blend well. Store in the sealable jar for you need breathing space. This is enough for about 4 baths for whenever you need a respite from the worries of the world.
