Living from the Place of Lover and Beloved---this is becoming my theme for Saturdays. Somehow, we manage to live our lives blind to the love that's here for us. Experience the shiftthat can heppen when you start showing up differentkly- and open yourself to actually sense what is being offered to you at every step, evvery breath- by none other than Gaia herself.
Today, acknowledge the deep surrender, eagerness and readiness Gaia brings to every step you make. Every touch of you excites her, and she's ready to experience it all. Honor her by being aware of this. Feel how it opens the love in you. From that place, your whole life will change. Start now.
Break through your authority conflicts today. The key is: go to the place where leadership and following start to merge until they dissolve. Buddhism helps out.
Stop a moment. What are you looking for? Be aware that it is here, now. Allow it to unfold.
Paradise is here, now. You’ve heard it from so many spiritual teachers: everything is here, now. Don’t go searching for it. Be with that knowing a few moments. Earth is here. Now. You are here. In that relationship is everything. All the love, all the intimacy, all the accountability. How much are taking for granted? Are you giving it your presence? Start now. There’s no space for guilt, the only thing you can do is: start now. Feel the earth under your feet. The rest will unfold. It’s all there.
We are so fascinated by challenges, because we keep avoiding the real challenge: to become fully present now. here. To Earth, to you, to the infinite possibilities. Jump.
Step into the place of the lover, and the beloved will turn up. The Lover is here for you, has been here all along. Step into the place of the Beloved and sense Earth from this position. Gaia. She's here. She's more than ready to be your Lover. Open up to what starts happening in your life- today- as you step into this. Feel your cells responding. Feel your energy. So much wonder, magic and love right here, right now!
It becomes easier when you allow yourself to be the Beloved of Gaia first. You don't need to make the first move. Gaia is inviting you through every tree, every bird song, every flower. Will you stop and see? Allow your breath to quicken and your heart to miss a beat? Step into the place of the lover, and the beloved will turn up.
Receive all there is. It starts with breathing out. Relaxing into the moment, into the embrace of the Great Gaia. Your cells instantly remember she is here to take care of you. How could you forget. of course. In that, it becomes possible to stop pushing, stop holding back. You are with the grace of simplicity. Life can flow towards you, filling you from within. Receive.
When we're looking for strength, presence, shine... too often we see it as a goal to be reached. Our cells get activated and adrenalized. Though this is great to catch the bus or earn that bonus, it inhibits that you receive the inner rewards. Strength has been there all along, and so are presence and shine... Breathe out. Allow your cells to relax. Receive.
You are more than you think. Feel your feet on the earth, feel earth as a living being, and allow the strength that comes from that.
There is this strength in you that is natural, aligned, and beautiful. It is filled with your life energy. Every moment comes from the whole of who are, in connection with the bigger whole. It is true to everything there is. It starts, with becoming true to the connection that is right here, right now: your connection to Earth. Life energy is generated in connection with earth. This is what makes plants grow. Allow this felt connection with earth, and allow your movements to come from this place. Like the plant being strong because of the life saps running through her, so you become strong with this life energy. Allow it to fill you all the way. This is you, in your full potential. Live it, honor it, celebrate it. Share it today.
