A heathen friend of mine was leading a Sunset ritual similar to the one I describe in "Sun Horns, Moon Horns," but specifically dedicated to Sunna, the Norse Sun Goddess.

A few minutes after we'd finished, a couple of people came rushing up, checking their watches. (Pagans!)

“What time is the Sunset ritual?” they ask.

“Sorry, you missed it,” my friend tells them. “This ritual runs on Sunna Standard Time.”
